No Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refund requests for reasons such as dislike, size issues, or change of mind.
Exchange Policy
You are eligible for an exchange only in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged product.

If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Process for Exchange

Unboxing Video Required: Please make a clear unpacking/unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify the issue quickly and ensures a smooth exchange process.

Send Back the Product: In case of damage or wrong product, you will need to send the item back to Ankaari’s warehouse.

Verification: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and verify it.

Reshipment:

If the same design and size are available, we will reship the correct product to you.

If the same design or size is not available, we will initiate a refund.

Important Notes

Exchange will be processed only if the returned product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Products returned without an unboxing video or without prior communication may not be eligible for exchange.
