5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

  • Shipping timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of a damaged or wrong item, customers must record an unpacking video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer is required to send the wrong/damaged product back to our warehouse. Once received and verified, we will either reship the correct product or issue a refund if the same design/size is unavailable.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
